This is Isak, a young Swedish man that is an incredibly talented chef. I am the luckiest girl as he is my business partner and best friend at the same time! Isak is now on the Swedish National Team for Junior Chefs and will compete in the Olympics in Germany in October.
I thought I never would say this, but GO SWEDEN!
